Roles & Responsibilities

  • Have worked in Salesforce development for at least 5 years
  • Use Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Web Components along with Apex classes and triggers
  • Are familiar with Salesforce configurations including formulae, workflows, flows and process builders
  • Know Salesforce customization/configuration and implementation experience in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud

Requirements:

  • Plan and ensure project execution; understand business requirements and support the development of technical documents; develop and review code to fit requirements
  • Fix defects in in-use Salesforce modules/applications; administer change requests; review code and conduct unit tests to guarantee quality
  • Provide technical leadership and motivation to the team, guiding junior developers to deliver projects successfully
  • Maintain quality by estimating effort and developing and maintaining code for Salesforce applications, and conducting code reviews, unit tests, and defect resolution

This is a remote position.

You plan and ensure the project is executed well. 

You understand business requirements and support the development of technical documents. You develop, review code to fit them.You also fix defects for in- use modules/ applications. 


You are a leader. 

You provide technical guidance and motivation to your team members to deliver projects successfully. 


You maintain quality. 

You decide the effort estimation on tasks, develop and maintain code for various SF applications. You also administer change requests, review code, conduct unit-test and resolve any defects to guarantee quality



Requirements

It’d be great if you….


Have worked in Salesforce development for at least 5 years 

Use Visualforce/Aura & Lighting Web Components along with Apex classes and triggers 

Are familiar with SF configurations including formulae, workflows, flows and process builders 

Know Salesforce Customization / configuration and implementation experience in service, sales and experience clouds 

Have worked in Salesforce Integration (REST, SOAP, API)

Have hands-on project life cycle experience 

Can develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet project objectives 

Can coach and guide junior developers. 

Have worked in Agile and Waterfall projects

Have used DevOps tools for deployments


It’d be awesome if you…

Are familiar with Middleware (Mulesoft, Jitter Bit and any other ETL tools)

Have been involved in Customer User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/ Lightning pages, Aura and LWCs
