Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our UI Development team, Frontend React.js team, and Backend PHP/Laravel team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform to ensure it meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Technical Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
  • Extensive experience with backend technologies including PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
