Epic Ambulatory Analyst (Beaker)

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst with exposure to Epic Beaker to support a healthcare client’s clinical systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Epic Ambulatory, supporting system build, optimization, and end-user support in a collaborative clinical IT environment. This is a direct hire position, with monthly travel required. 

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Ambulatory applications
  

• Support clinical workflows including registration, scheduling, billing, and patient throughput
  

• Provide advanced break/fix support and troubleshoot complex application issues
  

• Partner with clinical, IT, and vendor teams to deliver system enhancements
  

• Create and execute test scripts and participate in user acceptance testing
  

• Support Epic upgrades, releases, and ongoing optimization following ITIL processes
  

• Assist with Epic Beaker or other Epic modules as needed
  

Required Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification
  

• 3+ years of experience supporting Epic or healthcare IT systems
  

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and application support
  

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Epic Beaker
  

• 5+ years of Epic Ambulatory experience
  

• PMP or advanced degree
