Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8–15 years of Salesforce experience, including 4–6 years in Salesforce Industries, with 5+ years in the Telecom industry
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud modules (EPC, CPQ, ESM, Digital Commerce, and Order Management) and Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise CRM implementations for Telecom/Media clients and guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices
  • Strong systems analysis and design skills with the ability to lead complex projects end-to-end across the IT lifecycle and excellent communication

Requirements:

  • Lead OSS/BSS implementations (CRM Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, and Billing) for Telecom/Media clients
  • Provide technical leadership to developers, enforcing Salesforce Industries best practices
  • Ensure sprint objectives are met, take accountability for team deliverables, and conduct sprint show-and-tell; evaluate long-term impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams; manage delivery through the full IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test, Production)

Job description

This is a remote position.

Position : Technical Architect
Mode : Remote (PAN India)
Type : Contract
Notice period : 15days/immediate 

1. Experience 8 to 15 years of Salesforce experience, with 4 to 6 years in Salesforce Industries.

2. At least 5+ years of Telecom industry experience. Involvement in the implementation of OSS/BSS solutions (CRM- Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management and Billing).

3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud modules (EPC, CPQ, ESM, Digital Commerce, and Order Management).

4. Experience guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices.

5.The ability to take accountability for team deliverables and ensure that Sprint objectives are met, including conducting a successful sprint show and tell Evaluating the long-term impact of implementing capabilities, including conflicts, limitations, and impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades.

6.Knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

7. Proven track record of successful customer project delivery, especially enterprise CRM implementations for Telecom and/or Media clients.

8. Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, partners, and internal team members.
