Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience as SME/Lead in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, Project Service Automation and other Microsoft software
  • Proficient in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps
  • Strong knowledge of ESB/ETL technology (KingswaySoft) and Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, Project Service Automation; ability to elicit technical and functional requirements and create visual representations of business processes
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features and limitations and the Dynamics CRM SDK; ability to design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions (out-of-the-box and complex xRM with customizations, plugins, and integrations)

Requirements:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on out-of-the-box features, including complex xRM with multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations
  • Build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows, complex fields, and configure custom command bars, web resources, and other solution components
  • Manage client-facing communications, facilitate customer meetings, and capture and distribute action items; communicate complex information to technical and business audiences
  • Identify improvement opportunities for assigned applications and translate technical/functional requirements into visual representations of business processes

Job Description:

A SME/Lead of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, Project Service Automation and other emerging Microsoft software.
Proficient in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 & D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps
Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences.
Ability to manage client-facing communication, to facilitate customer meetings and capture and distribute action items.
Ability to Create robust, performance-optimized, efficient, scalable, reusable, and value-creating architectures as well as functional and non-functional designs to fulfill solution requirements. Includes all types of solution components, such as configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for assigned applications.
Strong concepts on ESB/ETL Technology preferably with Kingswaysoft
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, Project Service Automation and other emerging Microsoft software.
Ability to elicit technical and functional requirements to create visual representations of business processes.
Ability to design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on out-of-the-box features.
