Salesforce nCino Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the nCino Bank Operating System
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices
  
• Customize and configure nCino components such as Workflows, Objects, and Reports
  
• Develop custom code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies to extend nCino functionality
  
• Integrate nCino solutions with third-party systems using APIs and web services
  
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and other quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nCino features, technologies, and best practices
  

Requirements:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications
  
• nCino Certified Administrator and nCino Certified Developer certifications are a plus
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  
• Experience with nCino implementation projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, configuration, and customization capabilities
  
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
