6-10 years of experience in TOSCA automation for Web and Mobile
Proficiency in Web and Mobile App automation testing using TOSCA
Experience with QTest integration with Tosca and showing results via Insight tool
BrowserStack experience is a plus

Requirements:

Lead and mentor the automation team, coaching members and providing status updates to management
Develop, execute, and deploy Tosca automation scripts and implement a best-fit automation framework following Tricentis best practices
Integrate Tosca with QTest, manage configurations, builds, branching, and deployment issues; lead root cause analysis and drive defect resolution
Review and provide feedback on code, test designs, and test cases; document processes, designs, results, and analysis; contribute to internal automation demos

Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: TOSCA Automation Tester- Web & Mobile

Role: Work as a Lead Quality Engineer / Senior Lead Quality Engineer

Primary Skills: Web and Mobile App Automation testing using TOSCA, QTest Integration with Tosca and show results using Insight tool; Browser-stack experience would be an add-on

Secondary Skills: Selenium, Test Cases

Experience Level: 6-10 years

Joining Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Responsibilities:

Must Have Skills:
Demonstrate understanding of current and emerging Test methodologies and principles;
Demonstrate experience of people leadership, coaching and mentoring of team members;
6-10 years of experience in TOSCA automation Web and Mobile automation
Responsible for developing, executing & deploying Tosca Automation scripts
Good understanding of TDS setup and DeX execution
Experience with QTest Integration with TOSCA and show results using Insight tool;
Good understanding in following Tricentis best practices for developing automation scripts; Execute test automation scripts and publish test reports on different tools.
Review and manage configurations, builds, branching, and deployment issues.
Work with product and development leads on requirements.
Implement best-fit automation framework using automation tools TOSCA.
Lead root cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion.
Review and provide feedback on development code, test designs, and test cases.
Communicate status frequently to management.
Lead the team and internal automation feature demos.
Document process, designs, test results, and analysis.
Review and evaluate codes developed by team members to ensure delivery of the highest-quality code requirement
Ability to manage and effectively multitask across a wide range of assignments and issues;
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with teams
Demonstrate mindset of continuous learning;

Good To Have Skills:
Good to have experience in TOSCA Automation on Browser-stack
Good to have experience in Test Management tools like JIRA
