Role: Solution Architect (HRIS & HCM)

Location: US or Canada

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000

Operating with clients across the globe CloudTech Associates are an HRIS & HCM recruitment partner who takes pride in the transformational talent they provide. We support system vendors, consultancies and end-user organisations for all permanent, contract and fixed term staffing solutions.

On behalf of our client a leading implementation partner, we have an urgent requirement for a Solution Architect to join them on a permanent basis to support their Ceridian Dayforce offering.

Situated within implementation team, your duties will include:

· Assist their clients and support the internal teams through HCM implementations and technology change

· Help with system configuration, Testing and deploy changes

· Support in any ah-hoc projects that are planned on behalf of their clients

Essential skills:

· Minimum 5 years of HCM or HRIS experience – Ceridian Dayforce highly advantageous

· Extensive system implementation experience – HR, WFM and Payroll modules

· Strong stakeholder management experience

Within this autonomous Solution Architect role and as part of the wider HRIS team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
