Our client a HRIS implementation partner are currently recruiting highly motivated and enthusiastic HRIS Functional Consultants to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Implementation Team Leader, your duties will include:

·        Support and manage the continuous improvement of clients HR & Payroll systems 

·        Analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the client

·        Set up and manage projects that will develop the initial HRIS implementation

Essential skills:

·        Supporting HRIS system implementations

·        Knowledge of HR legislation and guidelines

·        Experience of analysing, configuration & using MI & data

Within this autonomous HRIS Consultant role and as part of the wider HRIS team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
