Operating with clients across the globe CloudTech Associates are an HRIS & HCM recruitment partner who takes pride in the transformational talent they provide. We support system vendors, consultancies and end-user organisations for all permanent, contract and fixed term staffing solutions.

On behalf of our client a leading implementation partner, we have an urgent requirement for a WFM Implementation to join them on a permanent basis to support their Ceridian Dayforce offering.

Situated within implementation team, your duties will include:

·        Be the point of contact for the initial Dayforce setup.

·        Employee information, assignments and Organisational structure

·        Requirements gathering

·        Create workflows and org structures with Dayforce

·        Validate and update HR record key elements.

·        Help Maintain application security settings including roles, users, and password policies

Essential skills:

 ·         Minimum 5 years of HCM or HRIS experience – Ceridian Dayforce highly advantageous

 ·         Extensive system implementation experience – HR or WFW

 ·         Strong stakeholder management experience  

Within this autonomous HCM implementation consultant role and as part of the wider HCM team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
