Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position.

You will :
  • Answer and direct phone calls. 
  • Manage communication and answer emails.
  • Schedule meetings with clients.
  • Conduct online research to find addresses and contact details for a given list of companies.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Handle customer and employer information confidentially.
  • Take notes or transcribe meetings conducted online and share minutes of meetings.
  • Manage calendar and appointments.
  • Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.
  • Prepare presentations according to instructions given.

Requirements

You should have:
  • With proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position.
  • Well-versed with technology.
  • Familiarity with the latest workplace technology, including VoIP, online calendars, and desktop sharing.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
  • Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection.
