UX/UI Designer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a freelance UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for designing and enhancing the overall user experience and interface of digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

• Create user personas and scenarios to inform design decisions.
  
• Analyze and interpret user feedback to refine designs.
  
• Develop site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and flow of the product.
  
• Organize and structure content for optimal user navigation.
  
• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
  
• Define and design interactive elements, transitions, and animations.
  
• Optimize the user interface for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure designs are accessible to users with different abilities and disabilities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
  
• Understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
