Job description

UX/UI Designer

Type: Full-Time Remote | Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About This Opportunity:

Join a growing business as their UX/UI Designer and help create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining user research, problem-solving, wireframing, and modern interface design to create products that are both functional and visually polished. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.

We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly comfortable turning ideas into responsive, user-centered designs that align with both business goals and user needs.

If you enjoy UX research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems, and creating engaging digital experiences — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to improve product experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive digital experiences
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders during design and development cycles
• Deliver organized design handoffs using tools such as Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision
• Optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, landing pages, and product interactions
• Design with accessibility and responsive design best practices in mind
• Analyze user feedback, A/B testing results, and product performance to refine designs
• Ensure visual consistency across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints
• Support iterative product improvements based on analytics and usability insights

What You Bring:

• 2+ years experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, UI systems, and user-centered design work
• High proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience creating user flows, design systems, and interactive prototypes
• Ability to balance creativity with practical problem-solving and business objectives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, and hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong execution and organization skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or e-commerce products
• Familiarity with front-end basics such as HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
• Experience using analytics or behavior tracking tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics
• Experience working in Agile or sprint-based environments
• Exposure to conversion-focused design or growth optimization

Key Success Metrics:

• High-quality, user-friendly, and visually consistent designs
• Improved usability, engagement, and user satisfaction metrics
• On-time delivery of wireframes, mockups, and design assets
• Strong collaboration and implementation alignment with development teams
• Consistent expansion and maintenance of design systems
• Reduced friction and improved user flows across products

Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Opportunity to shape user experiences across meaningful digital products
• High-impact role with creative ownership and collaboration
• Fully remote flexibility with modern design workflows
• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
• Exposure to UX research, product strategy, UI systems, and growth-focused design
• Long-term growth opportunity within UX, product design, and digital experience strategy

Ready to create intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences? Apply now with examples of your UX/UI work, product designs, prototypes, or portfolio projects.
