Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in working with start-up companies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold outreach and be capable of generating new leads, as well as assisting in building and structuring the sales process from the ground up.

​Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Sales Process Development: Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to build and refine the sales process, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the company grows.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Maintain, update, and organize customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Sales Pipeline Optimization: Structure and refine the sales process within the CRM, ensuring an efficient workflow.
  • Lead Tracking: Monitor lead progress through the sales pipeline and take proactive steps to move them forward
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.


Requirements

You Must Have:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably with start-up companies.
  • Strong experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and structure sales processes from the ground up.
  • Must be knowledgeable in NKR's services, such as Virtual Staffing and Digital Marketing.

Compensation:
  • Starting Salary: Php 25,000
  • Commission: 5% commission on the total contract value, disbursed monthly over the duration of the account contract.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
