Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in software QA automation (3+ years).
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
Demonstrated experience with UI automation using Playwright or similar tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
Proficiency in at least one common programming language for automation (Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript — JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across distributed teams.
Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage your own workload.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Playwright (if not already your main tool).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Prior experience in a startup environment.
Relevant certifications in software testing/QA (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
