Job Description: As a Sales and Administrative Assistant at Careme Health, you will play a crucial role in connecting with patients and guiding them through their mental health journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential patients to introduce them to Careme Health's customized care plans.
  • Effectively communicating the benefits and features of our services to encourage new patient enrollments.
  • Assisting patients in scheduling and managing their follow-up appointments.
  • Ensuring a seamless administrative process for both new and existing patients.
  • Providing support and information to patients regarding our mental health services



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Basic understanding of mental health services (training will be provided).
  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
