Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Lending and Cards domain to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot technologies, along with extensive knowledge of Lending products, credit card processing systems, and payment schemes such as Visa and MasterCard. Experience with systems like Vision+ or similar is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design and deliver robust architectures for business solutions within the Lending domain.
  
• Demonstrate domain-specific knowledge in credit card processing systems, including an understanding of schemes like Visa and MasterCard.
  
• Apply technical knowledge to loan systems, including mortgage, personal loan, or auto loan, to develop efficient and effective architectural solutions.
  
• Ensure that non-functional requirements are well-defined and understood, and that designs are peer-reviewed and approved through Architecture Governance processes.
  
• Stay current with technology trends and provide insights to both IT and business teams on potential benefits and impacts.
  
• Serve as a consultant to IT and business groups, offering architectural guidance and expertise.
  
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement Lending product solutions aligned with enterprise architectural standards.
  
• Address performance, availability, recovery, integrity, and security challenges in solution designs, in addition to meeting business functional requirements.
  
• Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and provide guidance to teams as needed.
  
• Ensure that proposed designs align with the strategic architectural roadmap.
  
• Establish and maintain appropriate governance, including regulatory, compliance, security, and architecture controls.
  
• Work closely with surrounding application teams and architects to develop high-performance solutions.
  
• Familiarity with lending products like loans and credit cards is an added advantage.
  
• Understanding of digital wallets, cloud technology (AWS), and integration with mobile platforms is also advantageous.
