**Job Description: SAP Retail Implementation Specialist**
**Location:** Pan India
We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Implementation Specialist with 5 to 8 years of expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations within the retail domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in End-to-End (E2E) Implementations, Rollouts, Upgrades, and Support Projects, with a minimum of two E2E implementation experiences. As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to the successful execution of SAP Retail projects while demonstrating exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong team player qualities.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in SAP solutions and keep up-to-date with market trends.
- Cultivate a persuasive and trustworthy rapport with stakeholders, becoming a reliable advisor to them.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, User Story creation and grooming, blueprint preparation, system configuration, testing, cutover, Go-live, and ongoing operations.
- Practical experience in retail consulting services or similar business environments, involving the implementation or utilization of Retail business processes and applications.
- Proficiency in SAP Retail, particularly in areas such as Planning, Retail Financial, Rebates, Pricing and Promotions, and Supply Chain.
- Mandatory strong experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
- Capability to support all phases of SAP Retail implementation projects.
- Deep comprehension of Retail business processes and practices.
- Expertise in Fashion Management and familiarity with Distribution, SAP Store Operations, and SAP CAR would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in POS Data Transfer and Audit (POS Data Management), Multichannel Sales Repository (MCSR), Multichannel Sales Analytics, Omni Channel Promotion pricing, Inventory Visibility Analytics, On-Shelf Availability, Predictive capabilities, leveraging the Demand Data Foundation (DDF) and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF).
- Preferably hold an educational background in Computer Science, Telecom, or Electronics Engineering.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with both On-Prem and Cloud offerings from SAP.
- Understanding of potential application integration across various SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions.
- Business management education is a plus.
