Requirements:

  • Own daily support activities for Demantra/ASCP in Oracle EBS, including ticket resolution and acting as liaison between business and technical leads
  • Lead and coordinate teams, timelines, and communications to ensure successful project and task delivery
  • Analyze root causes to provide innovative solutions for complex issues and assess defect impact
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to close urgent/high-severity tickets within SLA and manage month/quarter/year-end closures; coordinate deployment of configuration fix releases in UAT and Production

Oracle ASCP & Demantra Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle ASCP & Demantra Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the setup, functionality, integration, and support of Demantra and ASCP applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Your expertise in these systems will be essential in ensuring efficient operations and providing timely support to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 5 to 8 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with a strong specialization in Demantra, ASCP, and Oracle EBS.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Demantra and ASCP environment setups, functionality, integrations, and ongoing support.
  • Take ownership of daily support activities, including the resolution of tickets. Act as a liaison between business and technical leads to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Showcase your ability to effectively manage teams, timelines, and communication streams, ensuring the successful execution of projects and tasks.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex issues by meticulously analyzing root causes and the potential impact of defects.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure the closure of urgent or high-severity tickets within SLA, as well as month/quarter/year-end closures.
  • Coordinate with the Application Development Team and migration team to facilitate the smooth deployment of configuration fix releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.
  • Participate actively in knowledge transfer sessions, contributing to the enhancement of product understanding and domain expertise.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English, effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Rapidly grasp business functions, processes, and terminology, enabling you to align technical solutions with operational needs.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment that spans regions across the globe, collaborating effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects and tasks to successful completion.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of 5 to 8 years in the Information Technology industry, specializing in Demantra, ASCP, and Oracle EBS.
  • Proficiency in Demantra and ASCP environment setup, functionality, integration, and ongoing support.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and timelines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues systematically.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and managing urgent support situations within SLA.
  • Familiarity with coordinating deployment efforts across testing and production environments.
  • Active participation in knowledge transfer sessions to enhance product and domain understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Quick learner with the capability to understand business functions and processes rapidly.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team setting and independently on tasks.
  • Relevant certifications or training in Oracle ASCP, Demantra, or Oracle E-Business Suite would be a plus.
