SAP IdM & GRC Consultant (Delhi Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced SAP IdM & GRC Consultant to join our team in Delhi. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative business solutions by designing, building, and testing systems, including systems integration. Leveraging your subject matter expertise and leadership capabilities, you will ensure successful project delivery and client success. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in new and existing SAP IdM & GRC implementations, utilizing the latest technology and tools.
  

• Demonstrate a strong SAP IdM & GRC background, ideally in a public sector or Defence consulting environment.
  

• Lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  

• Oversee Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
  

• Plan and execute the build phase of projects.
  

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Extensive and demonstrable experience in SAP IdM & GRC, including at least 2 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
  

• Building connectors to SAP & non-SAP systems.
  

• Proficiency in T-SQL & JavaScript.
  

• Strong understanding of SCIM & LDAP.
  

• In-depth knowledge of all modules of GRC Access Controls.
  

• Exceptional problem-solving skills to address defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting effective solutions.
  

• Ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to meet the business requirements.
  

• Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities within tight timelines.
  

• Successful experience in a team-oriented environment.
  

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
