Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Should be open to rotational shifts if required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IFS ERP Support Analyst for a short-term contract engagement. This is a back-office role focused on backend configuration, issue resolution, and support enhancements within IFS Applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across IFS ERP modules, particularly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver backend functional and technical support for IFS ERP (primarily Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance modules).
  

• Investigate and resolve tickets involving system errors, data discrepancies, and business process issues.
  

• Execute system configuration changes based on requirements received from onshore leads.
  

• Perform ongoing monitoring, data corrections, and support patch deployments.
  

• Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration logs, and test scripts.
  

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP (preferably Apps 9 or 10).
  

• Strong proficiency in navigating and configuring core IFS modules.
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot independently and resolve issues.
  

• Strong written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IFS Cloud or experience with upgrade projects.
  

• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL and IFS technical architecture.
  

• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
