  • Support data migration activities using HDL / HCM Extracts / FBDI and manage setup migration across environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD)

This is a remote position.


Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Fusion / Cloud)

Role Type: Contract ( 6 months)

Experience Required: 5–10 years relevant experience
Immediate Joiners Only
Budget: 75k- 150k per month depending on yrs of experience.
Mode: Hybrid for UK Shift/ Remote for US Shift
Location : Remote for US Payroll
Bangalore / Gurgaon / Noida / Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad / Trichy  for UK Payroll (Hybrid)

Shifts: US Shift/ EU/UK Shift

  • US Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST

  • EU/UK Shift: 12:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST

(Candidate should be comfortable working in either shift based on project need and Role Fitment.



Role Overview

We are looking for strong Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in HCM Cloud delivery. The role focuses on Core HR fundamentals with specialization in one or two key modules—primarily UK/EU Payroll and US Payroll (OTL will be an add on)

Important: We are not looking for “expert in everything” profiles. We prefer candidates with depth in specific combinations, such as:

  • UK/EU Payroll + Absences

  • US Payroll + Absences



Mandatory Requirements

✔ Strong Oracle Fusion HCM / Cloud functional experience (5–10 years relevant)

✔ Knowledge of Fast Formula and concerned Legislation mandatory

Core HR foundation (mandatory)

✔ Strong hands-on expertise in at least one module:

  • Payroll (UK/EU) or Payroll (US)

    ✔ Functional / Techno-Functional profile (must own solution + configuration)

    ❌ No technical-only HCM profiles


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead/Support functional delivery for assigned modules: UK Payroll / US Payroll 

  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design

  • Configure setups: rules, eligibility, workflows, approvals, validations, lookups, and dependencies

  • Support data migration activities using HDL / HCM Extracts / FBDI

  • Manage setup migration across environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD)

  • Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, go-live readiness, hypercare, and production support

  • Support quarterly patch testing and regression cycles

  • Handle stakeholder management across UK and US time zones with strong communication


Required Skills

  • Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM projects (implementation/enhancements/support)

  • Strong functional documentation: BRD, MD50, config workbooks, test scripts/scenarios

  • Strong hands-on with configuration, testing, and issue resolution

  • Working knowledge of integrations and cross-module dependencies (functional level)
