Requirements:

  • Lead PM/BA activities to support IT improvements, including defining future-state structures, roles and responsibilities, and ensuring changes are tested, communicated, and adopted
  • Conduct interviews, document requirements via epics and user stories, and document data flows
  • Oversee Agile adoption, including sprint planning and sprint reviews, manage backlog, and deliver status reports and project communications
  • Manage project budget and resource hours; coordinate rollouts and change management plans and communications

Job description

This is a remote position.

Opportunity

Provide Project Management and leadership to support IT Organization Improvements. Work with the customer leadership and IT organization to implement an organizational structure and implement best practices to ensure system changes are well tested, communicated, and adopted. This effort will include:

  1. Fit / gap of current IT structure, defined future state structure, and documented roles and responsibilities to support new processes.
  2. Definition and implementation of system development lifecycle, such as Agile, to improve the timeliness, quality, and predictability of system changes.
  3. Implementation of Change Management best practices.


Responsibilities

Project Manager/Business Analyst responsible for:

  • Conducting Sprint Planning and Sprint Reviews.
  • Managing Sprint Backlog.
  • Managing project budget and Tsource hours.
  • Delivering status reporting and project communications.
  • Managing rollouts, change management plans, and communications.
    • Conducting interviews where necessary.
    • Documenting requirements via Epics and User Stories.
    • Documenting data flows.
