Position Summary: 

 

The Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives strengthens operational excellence, communication clarity, and field engagement across AdaptHealth’s Supply Chain organization. This role supports enterprise initiatives by coordinating cross-functional communication, managing structured field feedback loops, advancing ESG-related tracking and compliance, and enabling continuous improvement efforts. The Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives ensures new processes, standards, and tools are clearly documented, effectively trained, and successfully adopted across the field. This position is accountable for improving transparency, driving consistency, and enabling measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and user experience. 


Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:  

  • Develop clear, consistent communication materials for supply chain initiatives, process changes, and field updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, ESG, Compliance, and other partners
  • Maintain structured communication cadences, including newsletters, updates, and leadership briefings
  • Support the design, rollout, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  • Assist in mapping current-state processes, identifying gaps, and documenting future-state workflows
  • Track adoption, performance, and compliance to new processes and standards
  • Support ESG-related data tracking, reporting, and initiative coordination
  • Partner with ESG and Compliance teams to ensure supply chain activities align with enterprise sustainability and regulatory goals
  • Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for ESG-related initiatives
  • Stand up and manage structured field feedback loops to capture insights, pain points, and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor trends, escalate issues, and coordinate resolution with functional owners
  • Maintain transparent tracking and communication of feedback themes and actions taken
  • Develop training content, job aids, SOPs, and reference materials for new processes and tools
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and field engagement activities
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and consistently updated

Management/Supervision:

  • This role does not include direct reports.
  • May provide project-based guidance or coordination support to Analysts or cross-functional contributors. 

Competency, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Strong communication and writing skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience in continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across field and corporate teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–7 years in supply chain or operations, continuous improvement, ESG, or related fields
  • Experience in process documentation, training, or communications preferred.
  • Prior project coordination or program support experience required 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

  • Primarily office-based with extensive use of computers and digital collaboration tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. 
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels of the organization. 
  • May require occasional travel (up to 15%) for site visits or training sessions.
