Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, and has excellent English communication skills. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound cold calls to potential leads, qualify them, and schedule follow-ups or appointments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to potential customers or leads
  • Follow a provided script or develop conversational flow based on lead response
  • Qualify prospects by identifying interest, needs, and fit
  • Document call outcomes and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
  • Handle objections professionally and remain persistent without being pushy
  • Schedule callbacks or appointments when necessary
  • Report daily calling performance and feedback

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and VoIP platforms (e.g., Dialpad, RingCentral, etc.)
  • Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the medical industry, addiction intervention, or health-related services
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and appointment setting
