Company Overview: Mpathic is a consultative Contact Center and Sales Enablement partner that helps mission-driven organizations grow through meaningful, human-first conversations. We specialize in building, training, and deploying high-performing outbound and inbound sales teams on behalf of our clients, acting as a seamless extension of their go-to-market organizations.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to help enterprises fulfill their mission by delivering superlative omnichannel contact center services, to employ technology that reduces customer effort and magnifies humanity, and to treat every encounter with another person as an unrepeatable chance to make their life better.
Mpathic is seeking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a market-leading international technology company offering cloud-based fax solutions.

Position Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will act as an embedded member of our client’s sales organization, responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities through thoughtful, persistent outreach. If you’re competitive, coachable, resilient, and curious, and want a real path into sales, SaaS, or healthcare technology, this role was built for you.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, or transitioning into sales, who is hungry to learn, comfortable being uncomfortable, and motivated by growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare organizations exploring better ways to operate - introducing modern, secure solutions into environments that often rely on outdated, manual workflows.
Your work directly fuels pipeline, revenue, and long-term customer relationships.
This role focuses on proactive outreach, lead qualification, and close client collaboration to ensure seamless handoff of opportunities. The SDR will leverage strong communication skills, CRM tools, and a secure VPN environment to engage prospects and drive revenue growth in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote position; candidates must reside and work within the continental United States.
