Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in a relevant field, or related sales certification (preferred)
Requirements:
Maintain and update sales and customer records; manage sales tracking tools and develop monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales trends and performance indicators; report deviations and help ensure sales targets are met.
Liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies and communicate important customer feedback internally.
Process orders via email or phone; contact clients to obtain missing information and stay up-to-date with product launches to keep the sales team informed.
Job description
This is a part-time position (to start), fully remote.
The Junior Sales Admin must be fluent in spoken and written English, with impeccable language and communication soft skills.
Maintain and update sales and customer records

Keep a record of sales trends
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Suggest sales process improvements
Provide data and guides to help the sales team

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
