Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in a relevant field, or related sales certification (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records; manage sales tracking tools and develop monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor sales trends and performance indicators; report deviations and help ensure sales targets are met.
  • Liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies and communicate important customer feedback internally.
  • Process orders via email or phone; contact clients to obtain missing information and stay up-to-date with product launches to keep the sales team informed.

Job description

​This is a part-time position (to start), fully remote.
The Junior Sales Admin must be fluent in spoken and written English, with impeccable language and communication soft skills.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Manage sales tracking tools, develop monthly sales reports and report on important information
  • Keep a record of sales trends
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators


Requirements


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field or certification in Sales or relevant field is a plus
