Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive - B2B Post Sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global clients, freelancing platforms, and CRM tools, with a strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Handle multiple global client accounts simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
Escalation Handling: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain client trust.
Cross-Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and revenue through strategic recommendations.
Reviews Management: Maintain and improve client reviews on platforms like Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Global Client Management: Work with clients across different geographies and time zones.
Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs and articulate them clearly to internal teams.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Analytical Insight: Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance client success.
Ownership Mindset: Take full responsibility for client outcomes and internal coordination.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork).
Familiarity with Stripe for payment processing.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other CRM tools.
Prior experience in a virtual assistance company or similar environment is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
Preferred Skills:
Background in client success, account management, or customer support.
Experience in maintaining client reviews and reputation management.
Exposure to global client management and multicultural communication.
