About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with strong hands-on expertise across Zoho One, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate should be able to design, build, and optimize workflows, automation, custom functions, and integrations to support our operational and recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and optimize modules within Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Recruit.
Create and implement automation, workflows, blueprints, custom functions (Deluge), and process builder setups.
Configure custom fields, page layouts, pipelines, assignment rules, and approval processes.
Build and maintain API integrations with third-party applications as needed.
Set up email templates, communication workflows, and candidate/lead pipelines in Zoho Recruit & CRM.
Troubleshoot system issues, fix bugs, and ensure smooth platform performance.
Generate and automate reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable Zoho solutions.
Maintain documentation for all changes and configurations.
