We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funders, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of 50 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.

About the Role

The Program Manager-ElectronVibe will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of programs under ElectronVibe and Climate Challenges. They will manage program workplans, timelines, stakeholders, and startup pipelines, ensure seamless coordination across partners and internal teams, drive pilot-ready outcomes, oversee tracking and reporting, contribute to applied research and knowledge assets, mentor junior team members, and support strategy and growth initiatives to scale program impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of program cycles under ElectronVibe and Climate Challenges, ensuring high-quality delivery across workstreams.
  • Own program workplans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets (as applicable), with clear governance, cadences, and escalation pathways.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with utilities, corporates, startups, funders, and ecosystem partners to ensure alignment on objectives and roles.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely decision-making.
  • Lead startup pipeline management including outreach, screening, evaluation coordination, onboarding, and sustained engagement through the program lifecycle.
  • Enable startup-to-partner outcomes by facilitating problem definition, access to stakeholders, business case development, and pilot readiness support.
  • Implement and maintain robust tracking systems (KPIs, dashboards, risk/issue logs, documentation) to monitor progress, outcomes, and impact.
  • Produce high-quality reports and updates for leadership and external stakeholders, synthesising insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Analyse program data and stakeholder feedback to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in program design and operations.
  • Work on applied research and contribute to knowledge products for the power sector and industrial decarbonisation themes (e.g., playbooks, briefs, case studies, toolkits), synthesising insights from pilots, stakeholder consultations, and secondary research to inform program design and ecosystem engagement.
  • Coordinate development of sector-relevant assets (problem statements, solution maps, taxonomies, technical notes, and learning agendas) to strengthen the ElectronVibe and Climate Challenges knowledge base and support partner decision-making.
  • Manage, mentor, and review the work of program associates/junior team members, ensuring clear delegation, capability building, and output quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with partnerships, communications, operations teams to maintain alignment and deliver on shared targets.
  • Contribute to strategy and growth initiatives (concept notes, proposals, partner packages, thematic roadmaps) as required to scale program impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in program/project management, innovation programs, or ecosystem-led initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with startups, corporates, utilities, or ecosystem partners
  • Exposure to climate, energy, sustainability, or related sectors preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience managing timelines, KPIs, reporting, and program delivery
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members

Reporting Matrix

The Program Manager – ElectronVibe will report to the Partner.

Location
