About Us: Climate Collective Foundation (CCF)

Climate Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of 40 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.

Our Integrated Capital Ecosystem

The Climate Collective intends to build on its pioneering work in developing the Climate Tech Startup Ecosystem in India over the past several years, to now grow its presence in the Climate Tech Venture Capital ecosystem in India and globally. Here is a brief snapshot of the integrated Climate Tech Venture Capital platforms that we are building:

Requirements

Most importantly, since we are a distributed team, we like people who are motivated and intrinsically entrepreneurial.

· Strong attention to detail, ability to execute with quality and accuracy, in a resourceful manner

· Ability to coordinate and work with cross-functional teams and align key activities to achieve mutual goals, ability to see the bigger picture

· Excellent team player, with the ability to work in a collaborative manner

· Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

· Ability to anticipate challenges and develop recommendations

· Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders – startups, investors, industry experts, etc.

· Fluency in English, ability to deliver high-quality written work;

· Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a general adherence towards systems & productivity tools (we use Zoho, Slack and a few others).
