We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to lead the design and delivery of Power Platform solutions augmented with AI building copilots, intelligent automations, and user‑centric apps that boost productivity and deliver measurable outcomes, under strong governance and security.
Key Responsibilities
Build apps & automation: Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven) and Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals,).
Design and launch copilots:
Copilot Studio (topics/flows, orchestration, handoffs, channel integration, enterprise data connections).
Power Platform Copilot (assist makers, generate expressions/flows from natural language).
Microsoft 365 Copilot (responsible enablement for work scenarios leveraging Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive content).
Apply AI Builder: form Processing, OCR/Document Intelligence, Prediction, Object Detection tuning models to business data.
Integrate Azure AI Foundry: select foundation models, design prompts, implement grounding/RAG with enterprise data, evaluate quality, and apply content filters and Responsible AI practices.
Architect data & integrations: dataverse schema, standard connectors, and custom connectors to scale performance and reliability.
Extend Dynamics 365 / Dataverse with XRM: develop plugins, custom workflows, and extensions using C# for advanced business logic and integrations.
Governance & Security: DLP policies, environment strategy, and ALM (Solutions, Pipelines/ALM Accelerator), identity and access (Microsoft Entra ID), privacy and compliance (GDPR).
Quality & observability: testing strategies, telemetry/monitoring, usage analytics, and structured feedback loops with stakeholders.
Documentation & enablement: produce solution guides and empower business teams to adopt and evolve capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors).
Hands‑on AI experience in at least one track: Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure AI Foundry.
Strong C# development skills for XRM extensions (plugins, custom workflows, business logic).
Practical knowledge of ALM (Solutions/Pipelines), DLP policies, and environment strategy.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable low‑code/AI solutions; strong communication and collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
Power Fx, PCF, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, integrations with SharePoint, Teams, or Dynamics 365.
Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation (relevance, safety/content filtering).
Power BI and Dataflows for analytics scenarios.
