Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 10 years of experience in the video games industry, mobile experience required; PC/console experience is a plus
  • Proven track record shipping multiple high-grossing mobile games
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills; ability to coach and mentor employees
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to work in cross-cultural, cross-border teams and manage multiple complex projects; experience with product messaging and various monetization models

Requirements:

  • Oversee studio-level franchise strategy and direct/manage all aspects of game development, live operations, user acquisition, brand marketing, customer service, and third-party collaborations
  • Maintain a creative environment and mentor designers to become world-class developers
  • Analyze market trends and the global competitive landscape; identify opportunities in game development and marketing partnerships
  • Collaborate with finance on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and business models; lead localization strategy with regional teams for development and marketing

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities: 

Oversee studio level franchise strategy.


Direct and manage all aspects of game development, live operations, user acquisition, brand marketing, customer service, third party collaboration

Maintain a creative environment, help motivate and coach young designers into world-class developers

Fully understand market trends and global competitive landscape, be able to identify opportunities in game development and marketing partnerships

Be able to work with finance on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and business models

Work with regions around the world to development localized strategy in development and marketing

Requirements


A minimum of 10 years' experience in video games industry, mobile is must, PC/console a plus

Shipped multiple high grossing products, mobile gaming experience preferred

Extraordinary communications, project management, and relationship-building skills

Able to work well in a cross-culture, cross-border team environment and simultaneously manage multiple complex projects

Experience formulating product messaging and marketing plans, as well as experience with a wide range of business models and monetization methods

Exhibited ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Benefits

Annual salary: up to $500K annually depends on experience
