Strong background in order-to-cash processes, including dispute management
Proficiency with dispute tracking systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft); working experience with SAP and Oracle preferred
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Good communication, a self-starter with data analysis ability and basic cash application knowledge
Requirements:
Manage and resolve disputes within order-to-cash cycles and perform basic cash application analysis
Leverage dispute tracking systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft) and coordinate with SAP/Oracle as needed
Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Support client-facing activities and manage customer relationships when required
