Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media channels

Requirements:

  • Monitor social performance, identify trends, and flag key opportunities; track post performance (reach, engagement, traffic) and provide basic reports
  • Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms; maintain a daily/weekly posting calendar and meet deadlines
  • Coordinate with editorial and video production teams to receive creatives for posting and ensure timely coverage of breaking news and scheduled campaigns
  • Stay updated on platform best practices and posting tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and optimize content accordingly

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the scheduling and publishing of content across all our platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and consistent posting to maximize reach, engagement, and traffic.

You'll drive the team managing our presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat, while also contributing as a visual content creator and multimedia storyteller.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor social performance, identify trends, and flag key opportunities.
  • Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Ensure timely coverage of breaking news, trending stories, and scheduled campaigns
  • Coordinate with editorial and video production teams to receive creatives for posting
  • Maintain a daily/weekly posting calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Track performance of posts (basic reporting on reach, engagement, traffic)
  • Flag missed stories or posting delays immediately and propose solutions
  • Stay updated on platform best practices and posting tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media channels
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.
  • A keen eye for what works on digital platforms and how to optimize it
  • Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of analytics (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics)
  • Interest in US news, entertainment, celebrity, and pop culture content
  • Experience with Canva or Photoshop (a plus, not mandatory)


Benefits

Shift Timings- 8 pm - 5 am, 6 days per week, mid-week off
CTC- 2.4-5 LPA, depending on the selection process and experience.
