Intermediate Java Spring Boot Developer

They design and develop automations for capital market life-cycle functions including EOIs, capital raising, order management, corporate actions, clearing, settlement, and custody management, all integrated with a multi-currency enabled general ledger and treasury management capability. Their accredited systems connect to market infrastructures and global custodians via all major messaging and interface protocols. They power leading wealth management businesses across distribution channels ranging from self-directed, mass affluent through sophisticated advice solutions servicing HNWI, UHNWI, family office, philanthropic, and institutional customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Spring Boot, Kafka, Cassandra, and other modern technologies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  
• ​Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Kafka, and Cassandra.
  
• Experience with Pinot is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
