Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fast-growing lead generation agency specializing in home services. They are a rapidly expanding company in the digital marketing space, known for their innovative approach to connecting homeowners with trusted service providers. Over the past few years, they’ve helped thousands of businesses scale through high-intent lead generation.

This is a part-time, 100% remote role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (homeowners requesting tree services) within minutes of form submission.

  • Qualify leads by assessing job type, budget, and service area using a structured script and pricing guide.

  • Schedule on-site estimate appointments with the client’s team of tree service professionals.

  • Maintain detailed notes and updates in Google Sheets and CRM tools.

  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs.



Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a similar role (call center, sales, etc.).

  • Fluent English with a clear, professional speaking voice (American accent preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple tools (Google Sheets, Google Maps, calling software).

  • Available to work EST business hours, with some flexibility for weekends.

  • Self-motivated, empathetic, and able to adapt to script improvements.
