Our client is looking for a Sales – BDR to manage warm lead follow-up for a specialized medical services practice. They operate within the healthcare and medical services industry and have experienced consistent growth over recent years by offering patient-focused solutions and modern sales processes.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who is confident, personable, and comfortable guiding prospects through a consultative sales journey while maintaining strict standards of trust and confidentiality.
Follow up with inbound and warm leads via phone, text, and email
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through appointment scheduling
Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward informed decisions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams
Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and trust at all times
Communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective patients
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort engaging with warm leads and conducting follow-up conversations
Ability to manage multiple conversations while staying organized
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proven ability to close or advance leads through a consultative approach
Charismatic and confident communication style
Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Experience working remotely and managing time independently
