Requirements:

  • Thoroughly analyzes job descriptions in order to ensure alignment of submitted candidates with position requirements. This entails researching for any terms or technologies the Recruiter may not be familiar with and checking in with the Recruiting Manager if more information is needed.
  • Prepares interview cheat sheet for all positions assigned to him/her.
  • Analyzes all CVs prior to interviewing candidates, so as to detect any red flags and prepare appropriate questions.
  • Promote all Company Page content on Linkedin through the Recruiter's personal Linkedin account

This is a remote position.

Zero to One Search   is a Germany-based international recruitment agency focusing on connecting Tech professionals with Tech companies. We have grown from 1 to 20 top-notch recruiters in 1 year to serve our client's need for good professionals.

We work with big established brands such as Check24, Sixt, T-Systems, E.ON and Deutsche Telekom as well as with growing leaders such as McMakler, Customer Alliance etc. Lately we started working with companies from Y-Combinator

We focus on candidates working in the following domains:

  • Software Development
  • Data
  • Product
  • HR
  • Sales

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly analyzes job descriptions in order to ensure alignment of submitted candidates with position requirements. This entails researching for any terms or technologies the Recruiter may not be familiar with and checking in with the Recruiting Manager if more information is needed.
  • Prepares interview cheat sheet for all positions assigned to him/her.
  • Analyzes all CVs prior to interviewing candidates, so as to detect any red flags and prepare appropriate questions.
  • Escalate to Recruiting Manager any concerns, opportunities for improvement or requests for tools that may arise in day to day operations.
  • Provides the candidate follow up on his application at least once a week.
  • Participate in all meetings as required by the Recruiting Manager.
  • Promote all Company Page content on Linkedin through the Recruiter's personal Linkedin account
