Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Study Abroad Counselor, your role would be to help students stand out from the thousands of applicants who apply to top universities around the globe each year, guiding our students globally in planning their end-to-end study abroad journeys and gaining admission to their dream universities.


What you will do:

  • Identifying skills, interests, and career goals of the students to guide them in the best possible manner.
  • Staying updated with university admission processes, requirements, and developments in education and financial aid for different countries.
  • Assisting students in choosing courses and extracurricular activities that will help them get into their chosen schools, guiding them for profile building, and interview preparation.
  • Managing the end-to-end admission process from course selection to obtaining admission from universities.
  • Being a single point of interface and assisting students with the successful completion of all key milestones in the admissions process, including shortlisting, editing, application submission, visa, and post-visa formalities.


What you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counselor.
  • Proven track record in securing admissions for your students from top universities in the US.
  • Deep knowledge of college counseling and enthusiasm for mentoring students.
  • Familiarity with university programs, admissions requirements, scholarships, and financial aid resources.
  • Excellent communication skills: fluency in English and exceptional writing skills are a huge plus.
  • Efficiently working with CRM tools; you will manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Technologically savvy – you are confident in handling Zoom, calendars, emails, etc.
