We are hiring an Account Executive on behalf of an exciting and creative agency whose clients are in the cruise and hospitality industry. In this role, you will be the vital link between the agency and its clients, managing both project execution and client relationships. Part of this role involves travelling to ships and will give the opportunity to continue to travel while working. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, and project management, with a strong ability to balance client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
Prepare and deliver professional client presentations.
Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of negotiations and sales data.
Create and manage project reports, including status updates and budget tracking.
Develop timelines and checklists for audits.
Organize collected materials into detailed worksheets and archives.
Classify materials by ship, itinerary, location, department, and branding status.
Communicate with the Cruise Line fleet regarding upcoming visits.
Requirements
Type: Virtual position with required travel from 3-12 days in length varying by voyage.
Travel Dates: Mid-September until November 2024, 2025 dates TBC.
Travel Expenses: Covered by the company.
