Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong experience with AWS (including Redshift) and Azure services
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), plus understanding of cloud security and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)

Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborate with development teams on cloud architecture best practices.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and optimize resource usage.


Requirements

Mandatory Skills:
  1. Strong experience with AWS and Redshift.
  2. Proficient in Azure services.
  3. Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates.
  4. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  6. Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  7. Database knowledge in MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
  8. Understanding of cloud security and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
Nice to Have:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
