Zoho Recruit ATS Experts - Recruitment Marketing and Automation

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Zoho Recruit Experts with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Zoho Recruit. Experience with Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns are a plus. The role will involve utilizing these tools for recruitment purposes and leveraging their functionalities to streamline and optimize our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Zoho Recruit, Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns to support and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Implement and customize Zoho Recruit to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Analyze recruitment data using Zoho Analytics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for utilizing Zoho tools for recruitment purposes.
  • Implementation Project Management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Zoho Recruit and related Zoho tools.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to customize and configure Zoho Recruit to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Zoho Recruit and related tools would be a plus.
  • Experience with HRMS, Recruitment Management, Digital Transformation.
