Job description

This is a remote position.

Management Simulation Workshop Facilitator

As a Management Simulation Workshop Facilitator at WITTIGONIA digital, you will deliver bespoke and institutional multi-player group simulations—including MIT Sloan, Harvard, and our custom-built models. You’ll guide participants through complex system dynamics scenarios and ensure insights translate into strategic learning. Both in‑person and virtual facilitation are key modes for this contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system dynamics and management simulation workshops using custom and globally-recognised platforms

• Facilitate group modelling, causal mapping, and reflective debriefings in live and virtual formats

• Guide participant teams through scenario decision-making, synthesizing learning outcomes

• Provide structured debrief and feedback sessions reflecting model outputs and participant choices

• Collaborate with design and strategy team to adapt simulations to client needs and session objectives

• Manage participant engagement, group dynamics, and learning pacing effectively in workshops

Requirements

Trained in system dynamics modelling and experienced in group model building facilitation (e.g., Vensim, Ventity, Stella / iSee Systems, AnyLogic) 
Experience with Forio and iSeeExchange is an advantage
Experience in working with online simulations and multi-player simulations.
Proven facilitation experience, including simulation‑based workshops and system dynamics learning 
Ideally, previous industry experience—preferably in managerial or executive roles—enhancing contextual credibility.
Skilled at both online and in‑presence delivery, adept at managing hybrid groups and digital tools
Excellent English fluency (written and spoken); proficiency in one additional major language preferred (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian or Chinese)
Strong awareness of group dynamics, participant engagement, and adaptation to session flow complexity
