This is a remote position.

About the Role

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a  Virtual Marketing Assistant  on behalf of a health and wellness practice in the US.

The Virtual Marketing Assistant will service as a key member and will serve as a direct point of contact for the patients—communicating through text, phone calls, and voicemails via our CRM platform. The primary focus will be to engage with patients in a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned manner to schedule appointments and support their health and wellness journey.

The client is looking for someone with a strong background in Medical, fitness, and health/wellness, who also has sales and/ or customer service experience. You’ll need to be confident, empathetic, and enthusiastic—matching the tone, energy, and voice of the brand in every interaction. Your ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly will be essential in helping the patients feel supported and motivated.
This position is designed to help foster strong patient relationships, ensure smooth communication, and encourage patients to begin and stay engaged in their health journey.

Patient Communication & Engagement

  • Communicate with patients via telephone, text, and email in a professional and positive manner.

Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Assist the marketing team in coordinating campaigns and outreach initiatives.

  • Support social media engagement by responding to inquiries or directing messages to the appropriate team members.

  • Help maintain a positive reputation through patient and community engagement.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Join team meetings to stay aligned with patient engagement and marketing goals.

  • Provide administrative support on projects and campaigns as needed.
