About the Role
The Virtual Marketing Assistant will service as a key member and will serve as a direct point of contact for the patients—communicating through text, phone calls, and voicemails via our CRM platform. The primary focus will be to engage with patients in a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned manner to schedule appointments and support their health and wellness journey.
They foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture that values innovation, accountability, and teamwork. Their goal is to deliver exceptional service while creating meaningful connections with patients and the community.
Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Engagement
Communicate with patients via telephone, text, and email in a professional and positive manner.
Follow up with patients to encourage appointment scheduling and continued care.
Provide a high-energy, supportive presence to excite patients about starting their health journey.
Marketing & Outreach Support
Assist the marketing team in coordinating campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Support social media engagement by responding to inquiries or directing messages to the appropriate team members.
Help maintain a positive reputation through patient and community engagement.
Collaboration & Administration
Join team meetings to stay aligned with patient engagement and marketing goals.
Provide administrative support on projects and campaigns as needed.
