Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Identify and research potential partners across various industries relevant to the live streaming industry.
  • Develop and execute compelling partnership proposals that outline the mutual benefits of collaboration.
  • Responsible for Talent management and developing potential broadcasters from online and offline channels such as FB/Instagram/YouTube etc and offline directly exploring and convincing broadcaster, stage performer, explore agencies for relevant and potential broadcasters.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Rageela's business objectives.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships with Broadcaster and agencies, fostering open communication and maximising the value of each partnership.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition.
  • Track and analyse the performance of partnerships, measuring key metrics such as user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue generated.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of company overall business development strategy.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development with live streaming industry or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing and partnership marketing a plus.
  • Knowledge of live streaming industry and target audience a plus.
