Identify and research potential partners across various industries relevant to the live streaming industry.
Develop and execute compelling partnership proposals that outline the mutual benefits of collaboration.
Responsible for Talent management and developing potential broadcasters from online and offline channels such as FB/Instagram/YouTube etc and offline directly exploring and convincing broadcaster, stage performer, explore agencies for relevant and potential broadcasters.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Rageela's business objectives.
Manage ongoing partner relationships with Broadcaster and agencies, fostering open communication and maximising the value of each partnership.
Develop and implement co-marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition.
Track and analyse the performance of partnerships, measuring key metrics such as user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue generated.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
Contribute to the development and execution of company overall business development strategy.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development with live streaming industry or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing successful partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with digital marketing and partnership marketing a plus.
Knowledge of live streaming industry and target audience a plus.
