This is a remote position.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to own the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying and engaging top talent to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates creatively, and maintain a talent pipeline that meets current and future business needs. This role requires both operational efficiency and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market insight, and strong relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, desired skills, and cultural fit.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, events).

  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Use recruitment data and market insights to guide decision-making and hiring strategy.

  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) accuracy and recruitment metrics reporting.

  • Represent the company brand professionally at networking events, job fairs, and other talent engagement activities.

  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, tools, and competitive hiring practices.



Requirements

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, agency or in-house, with a track record of filling diverse technical and non-technical roles.

  • Strong sourcing skills using Boolean searches, professional networks, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in technology or engineering sectors.

  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques.
