SmartTracker is a no-code, SaaS solution for healthcare — serving as a flexible data repository, reporting tool, and workflow manager for all types of Health & Human Services programs. (Techstars '23) Our platform provides a wide range of functionalities to streamline Health & Human Services operations. Mass Vaccine Events: Be it COVID, MPX, Flu, or any other mass vaccination event, SmartTracker simplifies the process. Patients can conveniently self-register, complete necessary consents, and screenings, and either walk in or schedule their appointments. The entire process is electronic and paperless, with seamless HL7 or other connections to State Registries. SmartTracker is currently connected to three state immunization registries. It offers full configurability, and all data can be easily extracted for analysis. Mass Lab Events: Whether it's COVID, HIV, MPX, or other lab-related events, SmartTracker ensures efficiency. Patients can self-register, complete consents, and screenings, and choose to walk in or schedule appointments. The process is entirely paperless, and SmartTracker provides HL7 connections to Lab Corp, State Labs, and more. As with other features, it is highly configurable, and all data can be extracted for further analysis. Infectious Disease eTrack: SmartTracker facilitates symptom tracking, contact tracing, and disease monitoring. With our paperless and configurable solution, health professionals can efficiently manage and track symptoms, monitor exposed contacts, and stay on top of any infectious disease outbreaks. All data is readily available for extraction and analysis. Program Management: Easily set up and launch programs (TB, STD, Maternal, Child, Family Planning Title X, etc.) and forms with SmartTracker. Forms can be converted into multiple languages, ensuring accessibility.
