Job description
This is a remote position.
We’re hiring someone who knows Autotask inside and out—especially the admin/config side. If you’ve been a Service Coordinator, Service Manager, or Engineer at an MSP and want to work on the vendor side for once, this is your shot.
You’ll join our Customer Success team Giant Rocketship, helping MSPs get real value out of Rocketship (our Autotask automation platform). You’ll work directly with customers to guide onboarding, streamline their setup, and answer the tough Autotask questions they can’t Google.

Requirements
