Roles & Responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with customers via Email and WhatsApp
  • Experience in financial tasks such as fee collection, payment reconciliation, and handling multiple payment methods
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities, including managing registrations and class scheduling
  • Proficiency with basic office software (spreadsheets, word processing) and ability to coordinate fulfillment of orders and marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Communicate with customers through Email/WhatsApp and provide information about the company and its products and services
  • Manage student registrations and assign them to preferred class timings
  • Collect monthly fees, tally payments from various payment modes, and send reminders to students defaulting on payments
  • Fulfillment of merchandise purchase orders and printing posters, banners and other marketing materials when needed

Job description

This is a remote position.

- Communicate with current and future customers through Email / WhatsApp and provide them with relevant information about the company and its products and services.

- Manage student registrations and assign them to their preferred class timing.

- Fees collection from students every month and tallying all the payments coming through various payment modes.

- Send reminders to students defaulting on fee payments.

- Sending teacher salary payments after attendance roster validation.

- Fulfillment of merchandise purchase orders coming through Email / WhatsApp.

- Print posters, banners and other marketing materials when needed.
